EVO Throttle body question

Ok, on the way back from Maine I started to hear a weird whistle, so trying to hunt it down, I happened to notice on the throttle body, the spot that is labeled "P" has nothing there. Now, did this thing just magically disappear? Or is there supposed to be another nipple and vacumn line like the others? Lastly, if there is, where would it go to? Thanks in advance.

A whole forum full of EVO owners, and not one person can just pop their hood, look at their throttle body real quick, and tell me how many nipples are coming off the top of it?

Thanks guys! I figured I would check to see if there wasm something missing, and thats what is causing this weird whistling sound under boost.

spins4, i think you and i have 03 evos... it may be the 05s use all three points, but as i said, on my o3 there isn't even a nipple (i said nipple ) for a line on the p position.

Heh..nipple..lol Well heres the thing. While leaving Maine to head back to R.I. I happened to hear (while the car is under boost) a loud whistling sound. Now, it never did it before, or the ride there, or even driving it around the whole weekend. The whistle literally sounds like a referees whistle, but only when boosting. So giving it quick check I noticed one of the vacumn lines popped off the intake, and that is where I noticed nothing on the "P".

Fast forward to today. Being paranoid I just took off the intake to check for shaft play, and none. No in and out, it just has the minimal up and down. Checked all other lines and connections and what not and everything seems fine. Needless to say I'm big time.

what have you done / touched / modified on the car?

i beleive us evo's dont have a tube/nipple installed into the"P" of the tb.

have you looked @ yur boost lines coming off the turbo to the w/g actuator?

are you still making reasonable boost levels?

Done to the car:
10.5 hot side
RNR 3" O2, turbo back
Greddy front mount
Greddy RS bov
Hallman mbc set to 21psi
Dejon intake
K&N
Magnecore wires
Walbro 255
ACT clutch set up
Turbotrix dyno tune / ecu flash

I checked all the vacumn lines going to the bov, boost controller, wg..all seemed good. Now as for boost levels, everything is fine, as a matter of fact (and this is what confuses me) the car pulls harder than ever!
