Well, in the picture it shows a lot of rubber above and below the clamp.... if you slide the rubber closer to the ends of the pipe it will not be stretched so much on the one side and may work out for you.

Dude I have the same pipe and do not have any problems with the fitment. With the kit there should have been a really small rubber boot that goes into the transister hose to take up any slack. Put the boot inside the transister coupler and clamp it up.
It looks like your boot that is clamped to the turbo outlet pipe is all swollen up, like it is 2 big for the pipe. The little boot will take up the slack

If I had some pictures I would. Sorry Bro! Call Tom and ask him about the boot for the coupler to reduce the size, he is a cool dude, I am sure he will hook you up
