help installing hallman mbc

HEy guys i just have a quick question. As i was reading this post https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...r+installation what i got from it is that you remove your factory boost lines right? Yes this is the first time ive done this so it might sound stupid. basically waht i will do is take some vaccum line from the wastegate side of the mbc to the wastegate nipple and the turbo side to the turbo nipple right? Any help woudl be greatly appreciated for a first timer!!!

Yes, that is what you do. You couldn't clarify that in the thread you referenced? It is stated clearly and even has a pic...

run it off the manifold...

A) cap the 1) turbo nipple 2) air intake tube nipple and 3) 2 wastegate actuator nipples
B) run a line from the wastegate to the side of the MBC
C) "T" in a line in between the intake manifold & bov and the bottom of the MBC

The BOV method is also clearly stated in that thread - no need to explain it.

Its better to use the turbo nipple as the source, I like doing it better that way than the BOV method which so many people are hooked on...
