Now I know that I've been hard to get a hold of in the past but that has recently changed. I now have an old employee working with me again. Fayez was definitely a big help while Jon was out of town a couple of weeks ago. Super nice guy. Glad that you finally have some help again Jon. You work very hard to keep us all going. Btw, I dig the new Team Rip logo. You should make some stickers or something

 

Same here. Answered my emails asking about my broken 6spd while Jon was out of town. I hope the rest of the process is just as smooth.

 

You will be quite surprised that anything having to do with an automobile could go this smoothly. Heck, the guy had my t/c shipped the second my paypal payment hit him

 

ohh ya he has definatley been picking up the phone latley. in the last 3 weeks, i called him 4 times and he has picked up those 4 times. but he has always been fast to respond to emails tho.

 

i pray he does the same. because he finished my tranny yesterday and payment should hit today. hopefully its in the mail today too

I also have noticed that in the past he was tough to reach but recently he's definitely been much more available. I suppose the new guy is why. 3 cheers for him!
