Stock boost:

03/04 - 19.5psi@3500rpm, 16psi@6500rpm
05/06 - 20.3psi@3500rpm, 17psi@6500rpm

That's the main thing everyone complains about and attempts to remove right away. That's why we were terribly confused as to how you have a stroker but no boost control. It's like having a GT42r turbo on stock exhaust.
and thanks for clarifying. As mentioned before, I bought the car from a former evoM member who returned most he could to stock! He removed the white rabbit, cams, XEDE, LICP, UICP, Mini-Battery Kit, DV, Intake, Megan Coilovers, wheels, etc ...

So what he left me with is a built longblock with 680cc Injectors, Walbro 255lph pump, ACT Street Disk, Tubular O2, Hawk HP+ pads and Slotted Rotors on all 4.

Be sure to get it tuned ASAP, but you should also get all the proper supporting mods on it, too. 680cc injectors and a fuel pump with a stroker and no tune is not good...

He bought the car used, maybe he has it but doesn't know it. Show up a few pics of your engine bay and maybe we can help you more.

I did buy it used, however, I know it does not have any sort of boost controller! I will order a Hallman tomorrow!

Not exactly. To be clear, some electronic boost gauges (like my Autometer with GM 3BAR MAP) rest wherever you shut them off...which is likely to be in a vacuum state. They recalibrate themselves when the ignition is turned "On" and are brought back to "0" until the car is started.

is the boost always going to taper down even after a mbc and a new valve?
