Tuning and break-in period.. what to do?

Ok, so i'm going to be installing my AMS 35r kit here soon, and i'm wondering what to do. I will be installing the following:

Fuel pump
Headstuds
AMS 35r kit
1k injectors
AMS FMIC
Alky kit
and i already have the other supporting mods (Cams, cam gears, TB exhaust, EBC, gauges, etc.)

I dont have any engine management besides a basic flash that i had for mods before the big mods i am doing. (cams, intake, tb, cam gears, manifold, outlet). What i planned on doing was going to ams to have a full custom flash on the dyno, but i'm a little confused on what to do.

Should i run my car untuned w/stock injectors, no alky and low boost to break the turbo in before i get my custom flash? Should i just have my car trailored up to AMS with 0 miles on the turbo and new mods and get the full custom flash? Should i just put everything on and run it (besides alky)?

I've heard many different sides to this and nothing has been really clear about this. So i'm making a post to get some opinions.

If you have proper monitoring setup just set the wastegate the base psi and take it easy you should be fine. Don't boost (which shouldn't be that hard with a 35R) and keep an eye on your WBo2 to ensure that you aren't running lean or overly rich. Install the injectors there (only takes about 20mins) so you don't have to worry about drivability with the 1000cc injectors.

What you really have to worry about is open loop tuning and running at or below 30% throttle and low boost will keep you out of open loop.

turbos dont have parts that need to be broken in like a new engine does so you can go all out right off the bat, it wont make any difference

I am also curious about the turbo break-in time. Anyone else chime in?
