The Vibrant cat-back setup came on my Evo when I purchased it. I recently bought a UR 3" test pipe and a Perrin 3" TP. The DP fit up to the TP with no issues with a 3" gasket, however I believe that the vibrant setup is not full 3". When I look at the flanges it appears the UR is a bit larger and I can actually see through teh bolt-holes, into the test pipe.

Does anyone know if its 2.75 or what?

vibrant doesnt make a cat back for the evo. the one on ur car is actually an AMS catback. AMS uses Vibrant mufflers on their systems.

 

The AMS cat-back shrinks down to meet up to the stock cat. You'll need to take it to a muffler shop and have them weld on a 3" replacement flange.
