Need some advice

I have a 2003 evo with Tomei, cams, and cam gears, TME 16g turbo, DNP downpipe, ported head with Ferra valvesprings, retainers, and clips, Perrin fuel rail with 780cc injectors, ARP head studs, AEM, EMs, Fujuitsui exhaust and dual flange downpipe, AVO FMIC, ACT 2600 clutch and Fidanza flywheel. I was told that this car made 378 WHP and 361 TQ on 93 octane at 22lbs boost. I am getting ready to take the car to the next level and i wanted some imput on what would be the best combination.

1. I will be driving the car alot so i wanted the most horsepower that i can get on 93 octane.
2. I will be using methanol injection

My question is which way should i go turbo wise for using pump gas and should i go with a stroker kit or just go with forged internals. I am currently happy with the bottom end excelleration i am wanting alot more for the highway pulls in speed. My last car was a MKIV Supra that was about 417whp and i want my Evo to pull as hard as it out on the highway. Any advice on what turbo would be the best or should i go with a stroker for this combination.
