I've been happy with ACL bearings, their mains are all full grooved.

7 bolt engines come with different bearing thickness, I'm not sure if aftermarket bearings are available in varying thicknesses.

If you want strong bearings then you should go Power Enterprise bearings.Price is high but ıt is worth the money.

Buschur racing has good race bearings for sale. Its the same as what they use in their race car. They seem to take 10,000 rpms well enough, should work for anyone else.

Yes you need 7 bearings, the journals are narrower on the later engines. What rods are you running?

Check with whoever you bought the rods from, but if I remember correctly Eagle uses 6 bolt rod bearings, and you have to check clearance to the filet radius on the rod journals. Sorry I can't help you out more on this, I've built more 4G63s than I can even remember, but they're all 6 bolts for DSMs.

ACLs are inexpensive as well. I've run clevites in the past and they work ok also.
