Overheating / AC issues

I was hit from behind and pushed into a car with a trailer hitch that took out the front end of my car. It took a while to get the car back from the dealership, and of course there are issues. I dropped it off today for a second time for little things here and there.

A bigger issue that has been occurring off and on since I first got it back is overheating. When I'm running the air at full blast and going slowly - like for rush hour traffic - the car will start to overheat. Once I start going a little faster the gauge drops down and things get back to normal almost immediately.

I notice the problem when the a/c doesn't feel cold all of a sudden. I'll look and the gauge is starting to rise.

I can't make the car do this on command and the dealership hasn't see it so they aren't sure how to diagnose it.

Can anyone provide any suggestions as to what could be causing this?

Thanks,
~D

They probably didnt plug in the push fan. Check to make sure all your fans go on / are connected properly.

In my camaro I had the same problem but I had an air pocket. The car had a bleeder valve for that though. I dont know if these cars do that.
