Can Boost Change on its own

I did a search on this hoping i was going to get a fix. Today i was driving around and saw that my boost was going to 17 and holding at 16-17 psi. Which cant be, because I was at 19 and holding using my forge MBC. The only addon i have is HKS filter. The temp was normal (nighttime) and no AC.

Does this sound like a boost leak or the MBC?

MBC settings can change with varying weather condition. Hell, EBC's aren't immune to this phenomenon if they don't have closed loop control. Could be a leak but I would guess it the weather. Hotter less boost. Cooler more.

Thanks. Ya I am hoping it is the Temp outside. I would hate to do a boost leak test. Which isnt a bad idea but having the time to do it is the other side of the problem. Well thank dude for the info . Next weekend i'll check all my lines make sure nothing is leaking too u never know.
