i had same problem, when i tried to start it...it just keeping choking...checked my fuses, one of my fuses was out, i guess it was the fuel pump fuse....hope that helps a little

 

This is probably off the mark.

I few years back I did a valve seal job on my DSM. Well, I had the doors open and must of run the battery down some. It cranked just fine but would not fire. After 15 minutes on the battery charger it started and ran fine.
