Strange boost leak problem? Help...

Well i have done a boost leak test a couple of times now and have been unsuccesfull in getting my boost gauge to go over 10psi and for me to find any leaks. Tonight i tried it again and when the gauge got to ten psi i kepted pumping and it stayed for a little while and then i found a huge leak from where the bov recirculates back into the intake, it was leaking around the clamp. Now my question is, was the bov leaking or was the clamp just leaking becuase of me doing the pressure check from off of the end of my intake instead of directly against the turbo. When i say against the end of the intake means i took off the intake and made tester that would fit over the intake pipe. My boost hits 22 psi but then tapers to 19psi and my car sometimes does stumble at idle. Here is a pic to show you where i found the leak and so you can see my intake setup.

It is hard to see, but i circled the area in red where the leak is. I am tempted just to buy a Forged BOV. does anyone know off hand if it will work with the injen intake with upper and lower IC pipe?

It is better to test off the turbo. All of the piping after the turbo is supposed to be pressurized, everything before it should have some sort of vacuum. You are only really worried about the piping that should be pressurized when dealing with leaks.
