Is this the "50 trim" that everyone's talking about?

Here is Precision's version which is basically a Garrett Turbo w/ Precision casted compressor housing. It's the first turbo in the list SC-5031 also available in ball bearing center section.

I would put my money on a pump gas 50 trim over a pump gas 35R any day of the week running the same boost.

scuse me....
Please read what you said. You would put money on a turbo that flows 46lb/min vs one that flows 65lb/min..
I'm sorry but all these inflated dynojet 50trim numbers are going to ya'lls head.
Thanks guys! Well about the manifold, I'll have a friend make one for me and it'll cost me around $200. I live in Manila, and we're all not familiar with this turbo... I'm really planning to buy just the turbo, but I don't know if these turbos include the O2 housing and all the lines, the manifold and the wastegate, plus the downpipe I can have them made... So which should it be bros? Should I just get a GT3071R instead?! I'm just so impressed about how some guys worship the 50 trim. While I have no idea what they're talking about!

On straight pump gas a 50 trim would probably make more power then the larger GT series wheels which really only gain an advantage in the high whp levels. at 20-22PSI the 50 Trim really is the most efficient not to mention would simply make more torque then the 35R with it's far more usable powerband in pump gas, 93 octane trim.
race gas, yeah well you know
Track times please.... You cannot compare an ATP kit vs. a TTR or an AMS kit or even a Buschur Kit. Extra lag, top end is compromised. There is some decent results where a ported .83 housing makes something but then has lag and still falls off.

The first SBR link has what your looking for i believe.
It is called a 50 trim Because it has a 50 mm cold side; im sure among other things.
Any Dual Ball Bearing Garrett 50 trim (50mm cold side) is the same as all the kits out there. The choice of .48 , .63 or .82 a/r is your own, i bet it's random which campanies use which.
Again, save yourself the money and buy a kit; a manifold alone is going to cost you a grand.
