best cam gears for tuning?

Thats entirely up to you. Personally, I rather not take the chance. The chances of it slipping go up the more powerful your engine is (the more power the engine has the harder the timing belt gets "jerked" when going wide open throttle).
Not sure if there is a best in cam gears, but if there is, it would be a set that does not move after they are set. Tomei and Unorthodox makes some top quality cam gears.
5 Bolt is good. And weigh your cam gears guys! There's DEFINITE advantages to running a lighter cam gear due to the diameter of the gears. I know the HKS weighs in at 1.23lbs the Helix UL at .99lbs. Not sure what the rest weigh in at, don't know if anyone wants to list the weights.
