Awd to Rwd

i know wat eveyone is gonna say about this so spare me. I have been roadracing for 7 years and want to drift. I have an Evo 8 with about 425 whp. i don't like dragracing, so i don't launch the car. an i race a srt-4 in the neon racing league so i'm not gonna race the evo on the road course. i want to drift my evo. Do any of u know a place where i can buy a kit or can i do it my self

thanks

weld the center diff and remove the front axles. it's probably more involved than that though.

I believe AMS has a kit for this. Didn't they use it on the EVO in "Tokyo Drift"???

These are the guys who built the Evo's for FNF3 and they also run a rear wheel drive in D1 Drifting: http://www.rmrproducts.com/

Talk to RMR. I'm sure they can set you up with something. I'd personally find yourself a different car if you want to drift due to the lack of knowledge about setting up an EVO to drift, but that's just me. RMR can probably tell you more info about setting up the car for more steering angle, etc.

Why don't you just go buy a rear wheel drive vehicle? Get a Supra.

if you want to be different, pick up a used C5 vette for a decent price and you'll be the only one drifting in a vette.

did you call RMR? i know he has them and most vendors that like to stay in business want to make sales. i know it's not on his site, but that doesn't mean he won't sell it to you if you call.
