I drove home from school 30 minutes when i got home i did the normal wait 2 minutes to turn my car off. i went inside took a shower came back out 30 minutes later and it would not start. it had just started fine an hour before that. So yesterday i get the car up and take off the heat shield to look at the starter, all the wires are fine, battery is fine, and all the fuses are ok. So i have my dad try and start the car while i have me head near the starter, i can hear the armature go into place but it just doesnt spin, any ideas what could cause this?

the only thing i could think is that my dump dube is right there and it may have gotten hot a few times and melted some connections on the inside.
