i installed the new design perrin downpipe. I had to bent my lower arm bars to give clearance, plus i used all the washers in the kit...

other than that the downpipe is pretty good and 76mm all the way...

On my evo9 the Perrin 3" dp cleared all the bars w/o spacers, however on some bumps the dp would rock up and down a bit and contact the bar. So I put 1 washer on each side and ever since I never had a problem. It is a good 3" dp for the price.

I recently purchased the Perrin 3" DP and the lower arm bars do require washers. The front most arm bar rattles under certain engine RPM. I'm actually looking into purchasing their aftermarket lower arm bar to replace mine. Not sure how other people got it to fit no problem.

I have the Perrin TBE on my IX MR. The fit is snug, I spaced the lower support beam with 2 washers, works perfect.
