fuel pump question

stock pump is silent.. my walbro is VERY noticable

another thing you should try.... turn the radio off, let the car idle.. then with the windows rolled up, click the window switch up (assuming you dont have an rs)

and the voltage or whatnot will make the pump (if you have a walbro) change pitches in sound

It would be worth the time to pull it out and check it. It's pretty easy to pull it and replace it. Should be albe to do it in about an hour. Just use the Evomoto.com How-To on it and you'll breeze through it. All you should need is a screwdriver (for the access plate) a 1/4 drive 8mm socket (retainer ring) and needle nose pliers (hose clamps). I would just check it for peace of mind. However the Walbro is noticeably louder than stock, so if you can hear it loud enough that your curious about it. It's probably a Walbro.
