3775610 is the right part code for an 03-04 Evo for the t-case/center diff. and the rear diff. both. The other part code is for the 05 MR and ups if I recall correctly. It depends on the year.

You should be using a straight 90w diaqueen, not the multi-visc. for the 03-04 Evo's. The 05's are different, and someone needs to chime in for the 05's, as I do not know. They are not interchangeable though.

I live in the same town as Hylton (3barboost) and since DiQueen is impossible to get, is there any other oil that you guys recommend?

I did some searching and found that Mobil make a GL4 75W90 oil and a GL5 90w LS oil

mmmmm, I agree that Diaqueen is Highly recommended, but for us to use it we need to import it to South Africa from the States, and that could get costly.

I understand that Mitsu use Diaqueen, but they are not the only lubricant manufacturers in the world that will conform to the specs mitsu (getrag) require?

What about shell? anyone had any experienes with them?

Here is a link to their GL4 and 5 oils:

You have to look at the can. If it says Diaqueen 90wt. Thats for the3 xfer case. If it has a paper sticker and says Diaqueen 75-90wt. That is for the MR 6 speeds.

I run Motul Competition ff, 75w-120, 100% synthetic gear oil, in my transfer and rear diff. It is GL-5 and exhibits 0% shear characterisics, tested @ extreme pressures/high temperatures. It is however, a bit more expensive.
