It would be helpful to know what you want to use the car for, whether it be drag racing, circuit racing, daily driving or whatever. Do you want quicker spooling, are you after maximum highend power, etc.

Realistically, what is your budget...How much money are you prepared to spend? When you decide to get a turbo kit there are many necessary additional expenditures which you should be aware of, such as...upgraded clutch, injectors, suitable cam shafts. Since your larger turbo´ll be moving more air , will you need a bigger IC as well?

Finally, how many compromises are you willing to make as far as drivability and maintenance? Will your turbo kit and upgraded injectors require upgrading your engine management system to a standalone ECU, or will a reflash suffice?

Yeah, sorry for the lack of info. THe car is daily driven, with some trips to the track every other week or so. Quicker spooling is good, since the high end HP isn't so important on the street. Also, $$$ right now is good and that means I can burn alot of it. The thing has already been reflashed, although, I'm open to all ideas and/or options. The warranty went south a long time ago. ahahhaa. I am also thinking about getting and RPS Carbon/Carbon Clutch. The Cams have already been done, I think 280's. So, for right now, give me all of the BEST options. THanks guys!

In that case, stay with the stock turbo. If you want quicker spool, free up the exhaust system as much as possible. Use the least restrictive piping from the turbo all the way to the throttle body.

And spend time tweaking your cam timing. If you have 280s in there, you might want to change out to something with less duration/overlap, to help out the midrange.

if you have unlimited money i would get a 2.3 stroker, either a 50 trim or a gt35 or one of buschurs midrange options, i would get either jun or revolver cams and an aem ems with all of the other needed bolt ons like a race fmic, alchy, exhaust and everything else.

Not enough information still. It sounds like you want a quick spooling turbo that is used primarily as a daily driver.

There is more to putting on a turbo kit than has been answered or asked.

If you like the feel of the stock turbo, the quick spool up and great low end torque and you don't want to give that up there are only a few good options.

The 20gLt or possibly a BB50 trim.

If you like that stock turbo feeling down low you might want to just look at the combination of parts you have on the car and add to them or adjust what you've bought, my guess is there is a lot of power left on your car without even touching the turbo.

You can shoot me a PM or I'd be glad to go into this further here.

Main thing is I think you should list exactly what you have on your car right now that can effect HP. I don't care about subs or neon lights

you want a rebuilt head with better springs and retainers to actually make use of the 280s or any cams for that matter.

All of the HKS cams will work fine without a spring upgrade, actually.
