Do a search dude these are everywhere but i run Redline 10W-30 and a K&N oil filter and i love redline but however if you read the owners manual you might recall it saying in colder areas to run a 5W-30 oil so that might be for you

a 10-30 synthetic will do. Brands don't matter unless your using that Sam's Choice shi7 from WalMart.
