Can a HFC be flipped and still fit?

I was wondering if a high flow cat (perrin) could be flipped end to end and still bolt up? I would like to be able to use the EVO 9 O2 bung for my wide band so I don't have to take the DP off to weld on a bung.

as long as the flanges mate up together I don't see why not.

The flanges on the stock exhaust are the same on either side of the cat.

the flanges are the same but on my ultimate racing hfc they have a arrow pointing and the words "front." as far as the ultimate racing hfc there is a certain direction the air is supposed to flow through the cat. i would contact perrin to see if you can flip it
