Its just for peace of mind, especially where I live since the weather is so sketchy going from below freezing to blazing hot in a 24hr. period. 304SS doesnt like dramatic temp. changes like that

AMS's have cracked, it's just that they have excellent Customer service and fix it before it becomes an ISSUE.

Not to mention it is LOW key, it even house the OEM heat sheild.
I did my research ,the BR kit does not include the tubular manifold thats $800.00 more, it does not include the intake pipe or filter thats more, so when you added it all up the AMS is cheaper. BR quote $5850.00 shipped and AMS $4900. 00 shipped. With the BR kit you will need to buy their Race FMIC with AMS you can use stock or anything that bolts up to stock IC pipes...

if it is the 50trim that you want than ams's kit should be your choice, and of course if you have the money!!!

Buschur has gone IX's with a caste Turbo kit at over 138MPH, why do you need a tubular manifold? The caste would probably spool the 50 Trim faster FWIW. You dont NEED to use their Race FMIC, but it certainly is the best available and can pretty much handle any turbo for the Evo.

Get his 50Trim, and get his DELUXE FMIC and intake and filter and you are STILL under 4 Grand Where as the AMS and Shearer are 4 grand without the FMIC.
