Well, you have a point there, and I was going off of some data I had in my head somewhere, but cannot seem to put my finger on it now. You may be correct about the duration, but the 106 deg LC (?) isn't doing anything for high rpm power - and hence my point about cam gears being useful. Or, one could just forego the cam gears like I also indicated, and opt for a cam ground to a more appropriate LC.

If anyone has a cam card for the BC 280s, please speak up and post the particulars.

Better cam timing + ported head = substantial power increase in this case.

Ted were going to try the cam gears and boost leak check first. If we don't see much of a improvement then we will switch the cams and than as a last resort port the rest of the head
Also were going to play with c-16 vs E85 and see what the difference between the two we get

Just did a boost leak test and found both blow-off valves were leaking bad, throttle body was leaking good and the compressor housing on the turbo is leaking. So we are going to put the cam gears on and fix all the leaks than re dyno her and see if we can hit over 700whp
\It would be awesome if we could push 700whp on E85
