Best valve springs-retainers for IX ?

I decided to buy cosworth or gsc cams for my IX. I ve got some questinons...

1- gsc 280/280 ? or 272/272 ? (I ve got stock turbo but I will buy 3037 in the future)

2- which valve springs,retaniers...etc...?

-what is the best suitable setup ?

Im not sure if these will fit the IX, but if you email Darren at FFWD, he will know. Several DSM's and EVO's that I know use these... They are really nice... http://www.ffwdconnection.com/valvesprings.shtml

stock turbo and 3076 go with the GSC S1
you wont need springs and retainers for those cams.

S2 is designed for big turbos GT35 and up

even with the cossi you can get away with no springs and retainers if you gonna keep you revlimiter at 7800


but most importantly!!
