Ok! Ok! The shop is SRT Motorsport but if you're not in SoCal you probably didn't hear of it. I posted on SoCalEvo forum asking the owner to explain to me why is it happened. Thank you all.
there are three shops in so cal. road race engineering, Tuning technologies, and RNR
RNR is no longer in business and this is easily something they could have done. But come on we all know they would have never fixed it
come on share TT and RRE are great shops.
It could be possible that the company that made those cams accidently sent 2 exhaust cams

Gruppe-s sent me two exhaust cams, some of their helix ones. I didn't even pay attention, but luckily I had Buschur install everything and they are intelligent enough to notice it. So I purchased some hks 272s. I called gruppe-s and they apologized, sent me a shipping label, and refunded me promptly. So I was not mad at all.(except for the initial shock..)
I appreciate when a company quickly corrects its mistake. I just recently ordered some defi gauges from them, and everything went perfect.

Wow. The car must have ran flat up top....
The lift between cams are different.
I wondered what the car would act like with 2 intake cams...being they are 10.8 lift. Exhaust lift is 10.2. Per HKS.

K i have a question! You had multiple Tuners work on your car, know that spool was "laggy", power and trq drop points AND THEY NEVER LOOKED AT THE CAM GEARS?????????
Dont understand how this could happen and any halfway good mechanic or tuner not check and see if timing was right? 180 is pretty noticable!

Anyway, here are my two dyno sheet on 91 and C16 overlayed with previous dynoes after the tunes for comparision between the two cam sets (264/272 exhaust cams vs. BuddyClub 272 intake and exhaust). I think the 264 exhaust cam that I had very similar to the 264 intake one so the gain is what I expected. Similar peek power but much better in midrange and spoolup.
