I've never seen anyone doing this but I don't see why it wouldn't work.

i was just wondering if it would work or not, cause dont you need different lines for the 9 turbo when it is going on an 8?

You can bend the stockers to make it fit. Why would you downgrade to the VIII on a IX anyway.

Maybe he likes even numbers?

And yes, an VIII turbo on a IX is just a few bends away. You'll also have to use an VIII outlet pipe too.

Gaining knowledge? Come on, man.

If you can put a IX on an VIII, you can put an VIII on a IX with the same parts swapped. That's common sense, and I can't think of a good reason to ask this question. You said yourself it was a "stupid question." Your words, not ours.

Nice sig, btw. "legendary" Yeah, you're legendary alright, but not for the reason you think...

As you said, it's a stupid question. At best, it belongs in the Newbie Section. No, I do not post there. You still haven't told anyone why you asked, and no one believe it was for "gaining knowledge." The answer is just common sense to begin with, and the information is not useful anyway.
