FP HD WGA on 20G

I was wondering about this FP HD actuator on my new Evo Green. FP claims that the HD actuator as provided on the Green cannot be adjusted to go below 18 PSI. I have no reason to doubt this, but Iīm just wondering if you guys with this HD WGA can confirm this.

Does this mean that with the MBC turned to full soft and the turnbuckle on the actuator rod rotated out so that it is exerting minimum preload, you still canīt get the turbo to boost below 18#?

So how sensitive to preload adjustment is this HD WGA as delivered on the 20G-LT? Does most everyone leave it at the loosest actuator rod setting, and is this, in actuality, 18#?

I ask because I just installed my EvoGreen and it is way slower spooling than my old TME. I figure that the lethargy must be due to the compound fact that my MBC is at its softest setting and the WGA has zero preload on it. Has anyone tinkered around with their WGA setup on their new 20G-LTīs and Evogreens?

I guess Iīll give the turnbuckle on the acuator rod a couple turns in to increase preload and maybe thisīll improve spoolup.
