AEM ugeo questions

ok so AEM offers 2 types

1. Gauge-Type Wideband UEGO Controller

2. Wideband UEGO Display Gauge

i think the difference other than price is that the second one listed doesnt come with the o2 sensor. but if thats the case, then how is it hooked up?

also i was told that in order to instal one of these a/f gages that all u have to do is, weld the bung into the exhaust and instal the o2 sensor into the bung, then supply power and u are good to go. is this correct? also where on the exhaust does this bung have to be welded? pre-cat, post-cat, test pipe, where?

Mount before Cat if you have one. If not then anywhere in the exhaust stream will work.

The second one is assuming you already have a wideband O2 sensor from some other kit like an LM-1.

Should be pretty straight forward. I'm sure it comes with instructions. The hardest part will be routing the wiring to the sensor. You'll have to have someone weld a bung for the O2 into your DP then.
