hey guys, just curious if there are any rear wheel drive trannys that would bolt to the evo motor. i've got a IX clip and am considering using the motor for a swap into my 510 datsun. thanks for any input.

 

talk to shepherd or TRE to see if they can modify the transmission so all power goes to rear (spooled center diff?). Millen did some 2wd evo's for drifting and some of the 1G's were fwd only.

 

So many reasons why that wont work, but the main one is cost.

Options are-

MightyMax pickup (but weak)

BR TH400 swap plate and assorted hardware

Call up Advance adapters and tell them to get on it
