Cant boost past 10 psi Need Help

Okay I got in my car drove down the street it was running fine pulled into the atm and when I pulled out my car would not boost over 10 psi and when it hits that it starts sputtering really bad. I have checked my upper intercooler pipe and the lines to the throttle body but still nothing and I have not changed anything. Does anyone have any idea what this may be? Could it possibly be my fuel pump or spark plugs? Any advice and help will be greatly appreciated.

check your boost contol lines(manual boost controller or stock solenoid). a line has come loose or a cut in the line. you are only running wastegate pressure.

check all the plumbing and turbo to intercooler and intercooler to throttle body and check the boost controller lines if it isnt a intercooler pipe then i would recommend a boost leak test so you can find the vacum hose or the leak yopu might have also check the fuel pressure regulator vacum hose i have had one or two of those pop off.
