hey guys i have an 06 evo mr....i am planning to utilize my stock cat back exhaust and i will also probably keep my stock intake with a k&n drop in......will this setup pull any cel codes, will i need to reflash it...just got it and i am weary about the 2nd o2 sensor not registering any exhaust when open......thanks

 

The second O2 sensor will still read what exhaust gasses go through the main exhaust, plus some outside air that will inevitably be pulled in. The ECU is looking for a pretty flat response from the rear O2 sensor anyway, so this will not present a problem. You'll get a CEL when the rear O2 signal cycles like hte front O2 signal, indicating a malfunctioning converter. Based on this information, I would expect it to be safe to say that the cutout will not cause a rear O2 based CEL.
