Yeah, that's wrong. The bottom nipple of the MBC should go to your pressure source. I prefer to use the turbo, but in this case, your pressure source is the BOV line. Swap the connections on your MBC...

Also I suggest to use the nipple on the turbo outlet pipe as your pressure source instead of tapping into your BOV line.

In the "How Too" there is a very good tread that gives everything you should need, for this install. It will suggest that you use the Turbo as a pressure source as well.
