Need help with buschur exhaust!!!

I'm a new Evo IX owner and have done a search on exhaust systems and it seems the buschur and the greddy are the ones to get. I also read that the buschur although cheaper has fitment problems. Is this true? And does anyone have pics of the exhaust on there car?

i/ve heard nothing but good things browsin the forums about both exhaust, just that if you are thinking of getting the greddy ti-c it tapers to 2.75" at the flanges making it not a true 3" catback...otherwise the TI is a little over 3" and BR are full 3"

It's awesome, no fitment issues, it sounds good, and makes good power. Very nice exhaust!

I do agree that the exhaust is a nice piece, light, and makes power. On the fitment side, it could use a few tweaks to get perfect. I had a few small exhaust leaks at both the slip fits and at the flange (even with a gasket). What I ended up doing was appling red RTV to the joints and now she is leak free. Also, I had some difficulty getting the exhaust tip properly centered in the stock location. What I ended up doing there was using an extra long bolt and spacer to provide an extra half inch standoff from the stock bracket.

I know of many others that have had the same issues. Additionally, the muffler was dented upon arrival, but I never followed up with Buschar because you would never see it once installed on the car. Their packaging could use some work.

All and all a good piece but expect these little things.

I had a fitment problem with mine.. I brought it to kooks and they took care of it for me. Let me tell you though, It's the best sounding exhaust I have heard on a evo. I love it

There are numerous threads about our exhaust on here with pictures.

I do have quite a few pictures on my computer here that I can post. What is it that you are wanting to see exactly?

Here is also the link to the exhausts on our website. https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...ab0163dbfed361

Let me know what you need. I'll be glad to lend a hand.

We do not offer a JMD style muffler. Not sure what that is.

Here is the system with the bullet and a stock bumper.
