This is a 3.5" that is $569 plus $90 if you'd like it polished. The 3" intercooler is $449 and the same price for polishing.Tom this intercooler looks like an excellent piece and you have gotten great reviews. I have been doing as much research as I can and your intercooler appeals to me alot because I can keep the crash bar and undertray. Can you tell me the differences between your ETS intercooler and the AMS intercooler via PM. I am not trying to start a flame war, but I have made a post and noone has provided me with the differences or pros and cons.
Thankyou for your expertese

When we are asked to paint them here prior to shipment we make sure to only cover the very front face of the fins. This prevents any negative effects on the intercooler's cooling capacity and still gives the sleeper look.
Of course! We list specs for almost all of our intercooler on our site, the EVO is here - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/M...duct_info.html
We rate our intercoolers at 80% of effective capacity to ensure that our customers can put them through hell and they'll still perform. The 3.5" intercooler is rated to 750hp and 1120CFM at 80% capacity and at that power level has 1.5psi of pressure drop. If you'd like specifics on the bar and plate core we designed and use in our intercoolers, shoot me a PM or give us a call. If you're looking for a cooler that will be extremely efficient at lower power levels but be capable of ultra high flow later, these are a great solution.

burn.
great looking piece, definitely worth looking into, it's always great to know you aren't going to outgrow a part but wont get hurt by big pressure drops either.
*thumbs up* x2
