You have a IX on it's second transfer case and you needed a new clutch already?

Either you need to learn how to drive or something is defective, in which case after the third transfer case, the lemon law comes into play.

I know how to drive. I have an evo green set up and cams sitting at my house waiting to get put on but my damn car wont stay together. It been in the shop before for 5th gear grind, lost 1st and second gear, and two trnsfer cases. this was all while driving normal down the road. the car only has 11500 miles on it!!!

Stop going to that dealership and go to another one. Sounds like incompetent techs working on your car.

Better steer clear of installing those mods until you get all of the problems worked out. I find it hard to believe that this is happening with just normal everyday driving, but either way good luck!

Lemon law doesn't apply in some states, such as Oregon, so i would find out if Lemon Law is applicable at that state. Here in Oregon, 3 time something messes up, you are fu*ked .

More than likely the first one was your fault, but the second one is probably from the tech putting the wrong oil in it. I would be sure that the tech is using the right oil in the next one they put in.
