Whinning sound? which could it be?! HELP!

I realize that this is a very talked about topic and i have done my search, but for something like this i'd still like to hear what you guiys think.

So i put on a hallman MBC and logic upper and lower IC pipes last night. The boost controller works.. i think? if someone could confirm ths that would be good too. But at nothing its at 22 vac, and at a turn and a half it idles at 19 in vac. So i'm guessing its bumping the boost up. It's not as much of a whisting noise, but it sounds like a vaccum or somethign spinning really fast, it almost sounds like "zzzzzZZZZZZZ" Do you guys think its the lower iC to turbo connection? or cuold it be the MBC? So far i've only turned it up to 12psi (from 10psi from the wastegate) and it started making the noise. so i haven't gong any higher...

The MBC is installed correctly, it is increasing boost. The only connection that i'm not 100% sure is tight on the mbc conecctions is the line from the wastegate to the output side of the MBC. If the line from the wastegate isn't tight, will it make that noise? It only makes it when it goes pass the wastegate amount. If it doesn't then it has to the be IC piping connections

Like I said, check your connections and do a boost leak test. Guessing what connection it is, and knowing what connection it is by doing a boost leak test are two different worlds.

i plan on checking my connections when i go under to do my DP tonight, as for the boost leak test, i don't have the parts to make a test system right now, and being a little lazy i'm hoping tha ti can find th eproblem before i need to jerryrig a pressure test. Thats why i'm trying to see if different parts can make those sounds. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

the mbc should not be affecting vacuum ..only while under boost. My hallman needed to be turned a few times to keep air from being pulled in through vacuum.

nope not a fluttering sound. it sounds like a really high frequency sound. almost like the sound of an electric motor on free spin. the boost control affects the boost, cause with each turn my boost guage reads somethign else. So i'm thinking it might be the IC connections i'm going to go check that when i get home from work today.
