Creaking noise

I went into the dealership and had my synchros replaced for 5th gear grind, and the dealership was nice enough to replace a few other synchros, the pressure plate, and the throwout bearing at the same time...all under warranty. However, now I'm hearing this creaking noise (like an old wooden door creaking open) when I feather the clutch from a stop on a normal take-off. It's more obvious when I go from a stop with the rpm's very low, like 700rpms. Can anyone guess what this noise could be before I take it back to the dealership? I've already told them about it, but they couldn't duplicate the sound. I'm about to take it there again and have them ride with me this time.

Creaking is usually a suspension issue. Maybe the technician reinstalled something wrong.

i think i know the sound your talking about....it happened for the first couple of times i started from stop when i installed me exedy twin plate. After a few times it went away, strange you would get it with a stock clutch though......lets us know what happens after you go for a ride with the dealer.

Does taking the transmission and transfer case out require messing with the suspension? If so, I'll point that out to them.

The noise is still there even though the clutch isn't engaged. It makes a low creaking sound even while at very low speeds, running over bumps, or if I'm parked on an incline. Any other ideas?
