Forge EVO15 springs?

Hey guys, I just bought a used EVO15 DV from a member on evom. The valve came with a blue, yellow and a bare metal spring . Is there a spring with no color to it? I looked for any traces of a color but nothing, just wonderring if its the red spring. I guess I can just order a red spring from forge. Thanks

i would compair the tension of the three springs the red one would be the stiffest squeeze them and feel witch one is the strongest.

I also have the EVO15 BOV and I use the red spring and it works like charm, no fluttering or any kinds of problems. I run the red spring because I'm tuned on methanol and run about 28psi.

Tension and wire thickness will tell. The red should be the thickest. It should be red as we only include the yellow blue and red with that valve.

How much boost do you intend to run on your set-up? This will better judge on which spring to install.

All true so far.

Additionally, we have found that the Blue colored spring is typically suitable for stock boost levels up to about 25 PSI or so. Beyond that, most people upgrade to the Red. Rarely is the Yellow spring ever used on this application, and the shims (washers) are there to adjust between the tensions of two springs if required.
