What Gains for these mods?

I was wondering what gains I will get from these mods, and what improvements I will see in the HP, TQ, 0-60 and 1/4 mile times?

Mods:

Manual Boost Controller at a constant 19psi

K&N Cold Air Intake

Fidanza Cam Gears

Turbo Manifold

COBB TBE/ NO CAT

ECU Flash

Thank You For your help and advice!

+1. Depending on the mani. it might get you 5-10 hp, but its not worth it unless you go to a aftermarket turbo with a stock flange (Evo green for example). Also dont get the K&N. The intake or the drop in. They can cause problems. A better way to go would be an Apex'i cone filter. With the TBE, intake, MBC, and tune i had 272 on a dynodynamics (312 on a Dynojet) with 93. I now make 252 on 91 octane. Every car will be different though.

what would be the best intake? If using the apexi, just the filter, or filter and induction box? Whats wrong with the k&n, and how about the AEM intake?

i was just wondering because i was reading where it made 14whp with no tuning, and it also comes with the heat shields? I had a k&n intake on my Celica and my evo came with the drop in K&N and ive had no problems with it! How dess the MAF hook to the K&N or do you only have the cone filter with stock tubing?

All you need to know is that you don't want the K&N intake. You can get a vibrant adapter and K&N intake from AMS for like $60. Unless your tuner reccomends the cam gears, don't get them. The turbo manifold is a waste of time.

Best bang for buck mods; Test pipe, cams, open element filter, boost controller, flash.

stock will work fine for the boost level you looking to stay at.

im surprised nobody has commented on this yet, but why are you planning on boosting 19psi (less than stock)?

Mine peaks at 19 is what the gauge reads, Im pretty sure that the 03 VIIIs were 19 peak and taper back to 16 round redline. I will probly run it at 20 or 21 before a tune and 24 or so after a good tune.
