Need help from all arizona members!!!
Just got back from Speedworld... one of our customer's car ran 11.87 @ 116 using Sunocco GT Plus 109 race gas on Stock turbo. He ran a faster time than all the BIG Turbo evos out there tonite

- Mynes tubular manifold for stock turbo
- Mynes test pipe
- Tomei Pon Cams
- Greddy Ti Exhaust
- Hallman MBC
- Blitz drop-in filter
His best at Firebird was 11.90 @ 115

I am personally very unimpressed by mynes they are not cutomer service oriented and not to go against every one else but I never liked there un willingness to help and after having them re build my entire car I have been back over 4 different times to fix things that have gone bad that were replaced as new not long ago, I have stopped spening an entire day going out there and have just started doing it myself. I have heard nothing but good things about dyno comp and the owner richard is a great guy. I highly recommend them and if you have ever heard of FAT racing there the only place they send cars to get tuned.

If your part was replaced with new Mitsu parts and that part breaks or has defect, then it's not Mynes' responsibility to replace it for free. Afterall, we did not mfg that part. Right now, you have a crate motor from Mitsu, if you blow that one up, does that mean Mynes has to warranty it for free b/c we put it in your car?
You drove your car with the new motor for over 5 months and it developed some oil leaks, and we replaced those seals for free - parts and labor. Typically, shops only warranty their work for 90 days after the work has been completed. But no, Mynes don't get credit for that - that was supposed to be done b/c it's good customer service, right?
O yeah, just b/c we don't do everything you WANT us to do, we have bad customer service.
And just b/c we don't install certain parts that customers bring to us, we don't have good customer service.
We are running a biz here, not a buddy shop for friends. For example, if the gauge that you bring in (that was purchsed off of eBay) doesn't work after we install it in your car, who's responsible? Do i get stuck with it b/c i did the install and "broke" it during the install process and now i owe the customer a new one? And who's going to pay for all the troubleshooting for getting it fixed or repaired?

If you guys are not happy with your tune, bring your car in and we'll return it back to stock so you can have your tuners retune u on the road... then u can bring it to the tracks and back up your b!tching and moaning. O yeah, when you blow up your motor as a result of your new & more aggressive tune, please don't call Mynes b/c won't be able to help you...

Mike trust me no feelings hurt. If considering the amount of money I payed you, you consider free than thats a joke. If were putting it into perspective I left the shop and days later the knock sensor is bad, which I understand because we got it from a different person however it have been repeated things that dont get taken care of but because of the fact that there should be some kind of warranty on your labor not the parts I got.
If you went off topic a little I dont recal ever wanting to "use your dyno for any any base runs." I never wanted your dyno period why would I do a tune on basically stock and why would I have ever wanted do to power pulls on a motor I just had built?
The guys in back do a good job stuff happens thats understandable, however, you should be willing to represent you name and want to keep a good reputation rather than trying to fight and argue with customers and in turn obviously lose future business, which wont be a problem and new customers as well. " You have to pay to play" I believe thats what they say, remember we dont drive hondas here and try to remember what my old set up was thats right ! I bet thats cheap too. because going for the right part the first time even the expensive one is a lot cheper than having to fix a crap part and what ever else it in turn causes to go wrong.
Hard to believe but most people know this and when a customer spends thousands upon thousands of dollars at your buisness and to have then say its been 90 days or we didnt break that, or we didnt blow that, or even having them try to fix the same part twice and still not being correct and then saying you can buy a new one from mitsu, ha ha its a 30 dollar return line, like I give a crap about 30 dollars.

My only intent is to let people to hear both sides I've dealt with many shops and most only care about the money and then shut the door the second you leave even if it blows up right down the road. Again not refering to Mynes, I just havent found that certain individuals there are the most freindly / customer service savoy.

So since you tell 2 sides of a story. Tell the story that you, your girlfriend and your car in for something that was wrong, and when it was done. You asked "How much?" and I said don't worry about it. You and your girlfriend smile... and said thanks. And you talk about customer service????
We can't continue fixing your car for free every time something goes wrong, and you drive it everyday, boosting etc... You first bought your car to use completely destroyed!!! Seems like it threw a crankshaft.... and we fixed what was broken.... "the engine" nothing else.... If anything else goes wrong after 3 months that does not have nothing to do with "the engine" why we should fix or repair it for free??? Tell me that please?
I have never been looking for " free " Jay, something that was put in new by your guys goes wrong I want to find out why and what now.
Such the seal on the new oil pump, or the fact that Im lucky my timing belt didnt snap because the mechanic bent a brand new alternator pulley and still put it on not expecting any problems which obviously wasnt the case, that I consider something you guys should help with, which you have.
I discussed it with you and max the day my car was ready, There are individuals who arent the most willing to help and or listen. Thats it. ::
