Milti cylinder missfire error code?

Milti cylinder missfire error code?
Anyone get this code, just started to get it after clutch install. The clutch is a twin tilton and has alot of chatter.... I was thinking maybe the car is thinking it is seeing knock and then compensating and throwing the error code. Any help!
