e-01... tbe... idc! im TURNING IT UP!

EDIT: entire thread topic

I installed the e-01. It's actually a pretty sick tool. I mean come to find out I have a BIG time boost leak and I can even see where it is dropping off after recording a pull. I do not have the boost controller set up just now seeing as my only mods at the moment are exhaust and e-01. The exhaust is coming off next week when I get some new hardware and hangers and the e-01 will stay.

How come some people don't like the e-01??

A nifty electronic boost controller that a lot of people don't seem to like.... I've seen it in action. It seems a little difficult to use but I thought it was pretty convenient. Change the boost by turning a dial right in your seat... you see, after working all these hours and leaving the gym at night or comin back from hockey or anything... I just DONT wanna get out of that car for any reason... I am super lazy at all times.

Seriously though I've seen it in action. It's accurate and really convenient.

So your spending more money then normal on a boost controller thats not recommended over an MBC, and your bi tching about an 80 fuel pump?

Nope, I have no problem with it at all. If you feel like blowing your motor due to running lean in high boost, I say go for it. Its your car, do what you wish.
