4 cyl setting work perfect. 2 cyl stting threw it off. Disconnected batt for 20 min and the CEL went off. Everything seems cool

Do you have a SAFC1 or SAFC2? Maybe the SAFC2 is different enough to explain the rpm difference, on the other hand, maybe my tach is just off or the SAFC2 is off
