Need help in choosing valve springs

Just like the title says I need help on whether to go with the bc single valve springs or the supertech duals. I have already talked to some people and they said just to go with the duals. i was looking at the spring pressures and the singles seem to have less(i.e. better for a daily driven car?). I have all bolt on mods with cosi 272 cams. I am only trying to raise the rev to around 8k to 8.5k mainly for autox. Bottom end is stock getting cosi oil pan scraper and rod bolts. Also i have a cosi 1.3mm head gasket and arp head studs. Any help on the springs and suggested rev limit will help.

The stocker are good to 8k But your cams are alittle agressive so just go for the duel set up im happy with mine.
