Camshafts
It all depends on your setup and your turbo. Bigger is not always better. I have what is considered very conservative 264/272 cams, but they are well matched for my 50 trim for low end power. I probably give up some top end, but that was never my goal. I want the power for street driving and road racing.
I was thinking going with 272's, exhaust and intake cams. I just didn't now why they did that but it's good to know now.
Also can the stock springs and retainers handle 272's or should I upgrade to them? Brian crower said they can handle 272's but recommend the titanium springs and retainer kit.

It depends what type of powerband you want. For stock turbo I would go with 272s I had them in my V/// and they were awesome. No you do not need to upgrade your stock springs and retainers.

if u r gonna used a gt3076 and have some minor headwork done, s2's r very good. norris designs fits them in his engines, wicked, torquey and mental ,otherwise s1's will do
Damn I just finished spending like 45 mins looking at GSC cams. **** pricey but from what I heard, some of the best. I might have to catch a used pair or a brand new pair depending....idk we will see.
u wont regret it mate, the overall performance is awesome as well, the customers love it, in the uk we have a time attack race season and alot of new evo;s will be using the s1 and also the s2 series on ams, norris and full race turbo kits open and twin scrolls, this season is gonna be awesome ameen.
Not exactly. JUN 272s are the strongest and most aggressive 272 Camshafts on the market, and if you put a set of those puppies on your head without a built head ur gonna have big issues. So dont always go by the number 264 - 272 - or 280, its not the number its the brand and number, some are more aggressive others are more conservative
I love my GSC S1's. I think everyone that has tested them has loved them too. Read this if you haven't already.
