Ok the problem is the valve seat, my friends used valve seat slid in perfect and same problem with my valveseat in his, is it possible that this one could not have been machine correctly?
it can be exchanged with no problem
This is very precise machining and close tolerances. That seat is now screwed. Throw it in the garbage. My suggestion to to buy a 44mm tial valve that comes with a Vband flange and weld that on. That is what I ended up doing and it worked out great for me. It is always nice to have the bigger WG anyway. Mo Money $$$$
