o2 Housing Install

long story short i search using the "search" button so before anyone jumps down my throat i could not find any photos of an o2 housing install.. so if anyone could post maybe their install up or if they have a link i would greatly appreciate it. Also i read a post which many people had different ways of installing it.. such as pulling the rad... pulling out the whole hotside of the turbo along with the o2 housing..just looking for some pictures of this install.

P.S. if anyone has a downpipe bolt please let me know i need one thanks

You wont find any pictures. Nobody ever posted them during a write up. I do suggest removing the radiator which makes for a lot more room. Unbolt the downpipe and the black "L" bracket connecting the 02 housing to the block. Then unbolt the manifold. Take that off. Then you will see a bracket holding the hotside to the turbo. Take that off. Take the 02 sensor out. Remove 02 housing. Then put it back together. This way is much faster. Trying to take the bolts off while the hotside is on the car takes too long and not that much room. You will go through less beer this way.

socalevo.net has some great pics in the how to section. Also has torquing specs for everything.

I removed my Hotside when I did it. Pretty easy to do. Just take awhile.
