Condition of my 30K stock spark plug

Here is an image of one of the spark plugs I'm about to replace in my 2005 MR 8 with 30K miles. It's a factory plug (IGR7A-G). I'm not the original owner so I'm not sure if they have every been changed. Any USEFUL comments on it's condition, or other plug recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

After scouring this forum I think I understand the various plugs...

I am planning on using BPR7EIX from Autozone. (You can return plugs there!)

looks normal.
you cant really tell much from a spark plug running on idle. you need to run it to redline and shut off the car then to see how it performs at redline.
